One really cool thing I like about Florence is that there is street art all over the city. In Rome, there's hardly any. I walked by a few hours later to see the finished project but there was such a large group surrounding it that I couldn't even see it.
Here is the Duomo, it's a massive church in the town square of Florence. I didn't go inside and couldn't get on top because it was Saturday and it was around... 3 PM. The lines to go anywhere around it were at least a two hour wait.

Again, I wasn't suppose to take pictures inside but I don't care this is freaking awesome!!
Michael Angelo is actually buried in this church. This is another massive church that is close to the Duomo. On 4/20/11 This square will be packed with THOUSANDS of people because there will be tons of celebrities doing the 2010-2011 MTV Music awards.
Also, the Ferrari's factory is in Florence.
They were having a little show outside of the church free to the public

That night my friends took me to a few bars and enjoyed the night life in Florence. There is a pretty big difference between the night lives in Florence and Rome. Florence is more quite and you can walk to every bar. But, Florence has more of your typical "bars". Vs. Rome every bar is so far away and it's hard to find a regular bar to go have a beer and such at.
